Open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing works too.

Two-screen duels don't show on the outer screen

Open your iPhone Duo fully or half open, keep Two Faced full screen on the inner display, and allow camera access. The outer screen view needs a live camera. If you would rather not use the camera, pick Pass the phone.

Headcase doesn't react when I tilt

Hold the phone upright against your forehead first, then tip the screen toward the floor for a correct guess or toward the ceiling to pass. You can also tap the right half of the screen for correct and the left half to pass.
